A Day-Of Coordinator is essential for any bride and groom who wants to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work and planning. We take all your wedding details, get them sorted and organized, and make them simple by taking all of that hard work you did during the planning process and produce of day of wedding “game plan”.
We take a home-style approach to full-service catering with a focus on custom menus, expert planning and gracious service. We craft experiences through food, design and hospitality to reflect your unique style, taste and vision.

Our focus is on creating custom themed decor that will make your special day unforgettable! Whether you are planning a backyard family cookout, birthday party or a black tie celebration for hundreds, we are pleased to provide you with the decoration rentals and the people to actually decorate for you to make your event successful!
Balloon Decor (arches, bouquets, etc.)
Balloons are created individually to match your venue perfectly. We can combine special varieties of mylar and latex balloons with hundreds of balloon ideas and numerous balloon colors to choose from.
Table Centerpiece Rentals
There are many reasons to celebrate. To meet this variety of needs, we offer an extensive inventory of quality silk flowers, vases, etc. for all of your table decor needs. And if your vision calls for something we do not have in stock, let us know and we’ll do our best to find exactly what you need.
Our variety tenting options will create an elegant and memorable atmosphere for your party or event.

In addition to delivering and picking up rental products, we are willing to assist our customers in setting up tables, chairs, and more. For our table and chair set up, we charge $1 per chair and $2 per table. We recommend that you provide us with a diagram of table and chair layout prior to the day of your event.
Day of Setup / Table Setup
Sometimes you just need that “right-hand” gal to help with things for your dreams of a destination wedding. Whether you are too busy with work or just need the help with dealing with your vendors that work at a different pace than you are used to – we offer consultation hours to help with the planning of your special day.
Choosing the right wedding officiant is one of the most important decisions you’ll make during the wedding planning process, because the way your ceremony feels will be something you and your families will remember forever. Our wedding officiants, David and Donna Norford, work closely with each couple to create a fully customized ceremony that celebrates their unique relationship, and we never deliver a generic “cookie cutter” script.
Our team of friendly, professional wedding officiants perform hundreds of religious and secular wedding ceremonies each year, and will create a memorable, heartfelt experience for you and your wedding guests. Whether you are interested in something short and sweet, or a more traditional wedding ceremony, we are happy to collaborate with you to make your wedding ceremony exactly what you’re looking for.
For those small, intimate events we offer three locations. Guests are limited to a maximum count of 50 at our riverfront location and a maximum count of 100 at out farm locations. (Barns are not available.) For these locations we offer full package options which includes planning, decorations, tents, tables and all tableware, dinnerware and flatware, catering, cake and officiant services. (invitations and favors and live music are available options for additional fees)(portable restrooms are required at an additional cost)(all locations are "dry" locations...No Alcohol Allowed except champagne for a toast)
